updates for 3 weeks

wow it's nearly been 3 weeks since i wrote.
i guess work has been tough.
One of my friends has gone to Germany for work, i guess he is lucky . He can take a nice tour of Europe.
I don't know when i will get a chance to go see the other countries.
I think i will go and tour singapore next year, hopefully i should be able to do it.

The last 3 weeks have been hectic. I have been applying for diff B Schools in India and also i was on Late shift at work.
I do kinda feel lonely at times. I guess i miss female companionship a lot.
The one friend i had earlier no longer talks to me, she is busy with her life.

Sad turn of events. Infact we used to be a gang of 4 guys & 4 girls... & nowww the group has gone with the wind. Only one guy & one girl are still in touch , & i'm not that guy ;-).
The rest of the gang keeps in touch with one another but never as a whole group.

i think i will try to arrange a get2gether in the place where it all started for us : Cafe coffe day at Nungambakkam.

work loads

work has been very tight lately.
of course some people say that everybody has it like that.
Unfortunately after work i'm trying to work out a few sums & try to improve my quantitative & analytical abilities to attempt my CAT.
This Nov 21st onwards i will be writing a series of entrance tests which may very well decide my future.

I plan to quit Infy & pursue my higher studies in MBA after 2 yrs. I feel that this is the right thing to do.
MBA IT IS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

iraq vs afghanistan

i got to see the first debate between bush & kerry.
It seemed to me that neither of them were very sure of what to do in iraq or afghanistan.
I don't get it, the US of A supplied arms to afghanistan to fight against Russia, similarly they supplied arms to Iraq to fight against Iran. But now they are creating war in iraq & afghan to establish peace. What's up with them ????
Now kerry is accusing bush that he Should protect his country & not go to war against other countries, & bush is saying he is wiping out terrorism.
Unfortunately Bush is only fuelling terrorism & eventually the attack on Iraq is goin to be worse than vietnam Bush has set the ball rolling & i don't think the new prez (whoever it may be) can stop the blitzkrieg that may follow.
I just pray that some sense may prevail & a solution can be obtained.
Both afghan & iraq had it's share of violence. but thank god there was no holocaust like in WWII.
There seems to be more & more kidnappings in iraq, but what do the terrorists achieve by beheading innocents. mebbe they shud try & catch the big bosses who are sitting pretty at a safe haven & ordering their minions to fight.

what's this world coming to....
was the arms race promoted by industrialists who wanted to make money.
Was the iraq war for OIL ????
who knows the answers ...............
