25 and running wild with delusions of grandeur

2 days before christmas a great soul was born but Jesus Christ stole the limelight :((

yep on Dec 23rd I spent my first birthday in USA :-)

I had a great day I had gone to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon for the long weekend and I was on top of the Grand Canyon on my birthday.





The first sight of it took my breath away ...it was HUuuuugggggeeeee. Only nature could have created such a spectacular vista. I hope it remains untouched by man and will remain for our future generations.

Then the next day I was on the Stratosphere which had an amazing view of the mountains around Las vegas.



& Of course I did go around the Strip and played a few slot machines which netted me a profit of 200% ...( in reality i played 2 dollars and got back 4 dollars yaayyyyy).




As Robert frost had said (and repeated by every Tom Dick & Harry including Nehru):
"I have miles to go before I sleep"

college story concluded

Hmm I am gettin a little bit of heat from X and he has asked me not to write bout his story. I had to remove Part 1 ..cos X seems to be peeved about it.

I wanted to write about all the teasing that we had done in college linking X & Y ..but I am forced to conclude the story in this post.

I am sorry I have hurt X's sentiments. SORRY dude.

Back to the college story:

1)The boys and girls of my batch started interacting better only after the 3rd years college tour . At the end of the tour 4 guys and 4 girls sorta became good friends.

2)I had to force (practically drag) X and another guy to the first meeting with Y and the other 3 girls in cafe coffee day in Nungambakkam.

3) later we guys had a lot of fun teasing X about Y ..boy we gave him soooo many names :)))) (this does bring back many many memories)

4)The 4 guys and 4 girls went out together quite frequently and this continued till the end of college.

Now the guys are not in much touch with the girls except OF COURSE X & Y.

Here is a BIG HEARTY Congratulations to X & Y.

I do feel bad to end this blog so abruptly :( :( sorry to the few anonymous readers who might have liked to read the rest of the college story and would have been reminded of their own college days.
